A little housekeeping (that doesn't involve Windex with vinegar)

Reading Ragged Rages On (Or at least putters along)
Calling all members of Reading Ragged, I have posted a few thoughts to ponder in an effort to get our reading group off the ground. So, drop by the site and tell me what you think thus far.

Kittyville will include ears
Thanks to your input and my sick sense of humor, I am going to add the flaps and kitty ears to the Kittyville hat. I cannot resist and due to overwhelming support from you guys, the sultans of taste, I am going for it, 100 percent!

Other random thoughts
--Can I tell you how much I love Windex with vinegar? So much so that we are using it at about the pace that we go through cat litter. The cleaning gods do love me. Love that clean smell, gives me the illusion of a tidy house. Someone once told me, "It's all smoke and mirrors" or in this case "Windex and plug-ins".

--Can I also tell you how much I love Jimmy Carter (even more than Windex with vinegar)? Jenny from the Blog also caught a piece about this amazing man on CBS Sunday Morning. I am now encouraged to read his new book, Our Endangered Values : America's Moral Crisis. I so love this man that I once had an autographed photo of him in my office. I kept it proudly displayed until co-workers began making ugly comments about my hero. I will put my hero up against yours any day, so bring it on!

--Can I tell you how excited I am that I splurged and got the new Cash album? There is nothing better than a little extra cash to start the day. (When I say "splurged", I mean that I used the remainder of my Christmas Target gift cards.)

--Life only gets better! Did you know that Marty Casey and Lovehammers have released their album which includes. . .(take a deep breath). . . "Trees"? (It's OK to say "album". It's very vintage and chic.)

--Did I tell you that I am braving knitting group again tonight? Here's a quick question, can I ask for assistance on projects that involve yarn that I didn't purchase from said yarn store? Is that against knitter code? I haven't yet, but didn't want to get stabbed with a #13 straight needle directly in the heart.

--Did I tell you that I now have three LIVE plants in my office? This could change at any moment, so pray for the lives of these innocent herbacious life forms. I am not sure what they did in this live to be given to me, but please pray they survive.
