I present to you:
The Kittyville Hat
Complete with ears and earflaps
Made with Debbie Bliss Merino Aran
On Size 8 needles
What I like: Oh, those ears are adorable, even if I do look insane wearing it.
What I don't like: Two minor little spots that I harbor in my obsessive-compulsive heart, but won't share here.
Forgive the fact that I used a jar as my mannequin, gives a new meaning to the term "jarhead".

I would so wear that hat in public! Although Husband wouldn't be seen with me, but he has no taste!
I LOVE this!!! Last nite I went to Borders and looked for Stitch 'N Bitch to see how hard it would be for me to make one for myself. Uh, serious difficulty level for a person who only knows the garter stitch!!! Maybe I can convince one of my more skilled friends that they want to make one for me ; .)
P.S. Got any Tazo Passion in there???
Oh, with a little help you can wrap one up. You too can have a kitty hat.
No Passin tea, but lots of Om.
I love it! I especially love the way you curled the strings around for the photo.
And look at the workmanship. You've come a long way, baby! (Oops, did I just date myself with a Virginia Slims phrase?)
And the color...great! Purr-fect even!
