XM Radio 101

This weekend I was bitten by a bug. A bug that has caught hold and won't let go.

I want XM radio.

Problem is that I have big dreams of me riding around in my little car, shades on, flipping through stations and being ever so cool (or approaching cool as the case may be), I just don't know where to start on realizing this daydream.
