You know that you have officially been inducted in the Nerds' Association of the Midwest whenever you use the remaining money available on your Target gift card to purchase a brand new, shiny and full-of-potential deluxe binder. Isn't she lovely?
Funny thing is that even though my old one was worn out and shabby, it was kinda sad to bid farewell to her; and it was a ceremony of sorts, switching to the new one.
And life only gets better. . . Cynical bought us a label maker. What have I done to deserve all of this organizing goodness? (Perhaps, talk incessantly about the benefits of owning one, rant about how it will change our lives forever, bring world peace and a cure for all that ails us.)
Imagine the possibilities.
(PS: The labeler almost makes up for all of the times that he changes the XM station whenever I say, "I really like this song.")

If Cynical is anything with the XM radio like he is with the T.V. remote then my prayers are with you. I remember a evening at Cynicals house as a young boy. He would not stop flip channels as if to try to watch them all at the same time. About the time I think he had settled on one channel he would start again. I feel for you Ragged. But nothing a quick back hand wont fix. JK.
Isn't it interesting what it takes to amuse ... or aggravate ... us? :-)
Sorry, I meant to say that I like her, too. Very snappy, both fun and professional.
Good choice!
I got my CD and have loved listening to it! Thank you! I had some of those songs on my original list as well.
