For Christmas I got a set of Knitpicks interchangeable needles from my beloved. Recently I actually got a chance to pull out a set and commence to using them. Last night I noticed that one of the cords was slightly disconnecting from the connector. Not a good thing. It was something I was able to rectify, but it still bugged me.
This morning I called the company and no questions asked, they offered to replace the set of cords.
I e-mailed Cynical with my good news:
Ragged: I called about my needle connector and they are going to send me a new set. I don't even have to send the old one back, they will replace it. Nice, eh?
Cynical (obviously a pop music fan): That's knittylicious.
