Farmwife has resurrected the Blogger interview meme and she asked some tough ones!
1. If butter cookies and Ice cream were suddenly and permanently unavailable, what sweet snacks would you switch to?
This is a very, very tough one to answer, given my propensity to eat my weight in both. However, I think I'd switch to Oreos and Heath bars.
2. What would you title your life's story?
Ooooh, she's tough, but I promise not to cry, Barbara Walters. "She tried really hard". No one would buy it with a title like that, would they?
3. If you could have any single super power, what would it be?
I think I'd like to be able to will people into telling the truth and be able to sense dishonesty. I suspect this would get me in loads of trouble.
4. If you could travel back in time to witness any single event in history, what would it be?
I would have liked to witness the suffrage movement as it closed in on change. I have read enough and seen enough documentaries to know that it must have been an exciting and trying time. Not very flashy as far as historical events, but interesting and groundbreaking.
5. What do you miss most from your childhood?
The obvious answer for me is "innocence", but what I miss most is that sense of wonder and awe at everything that came your way. Everything was a big deal. Everything.
I'd like to pass along the interview love. If you are game, leave a comment and your e-mail address and I'll get a list to you.

Very good anwers! Thanks for playing along!!
Ou, i never thought about personally witnessing the suffrage movement, that's a good one! But did they have oreos and heath bars back then?
I'm not sure I'd want to sense dishonesty, I'd like to keep the little innocence I still have. "Lie to me, I promise I'll believe...."
Thanks for the kind comments on my blog. Who knew the cyber world could be so friendly? It's so nice to make new friends, thank you.
Good answers. I love these kind of things. I like your super power. I can see how it would be both good and...tricky. Maybe I'll watch "Liar, Liar" this weekend.
It's interesting that you say the suffrage movement - in my Great American Stories class (teamed with a History teacher) we're watching Iron Jawed Angels - have you seen it? I'm assuming you're refering to the hunger strike and even some of the awful things that happened in England. Did it need to be that difficult?
