In approximately two weeks all of the boxes surrounding me here should be surrounding me in our new place. I'm excited. I'm overwhelmed and I'm ready.
I don't know if I have mentioned this, but the move will put is in the middle of town. This makes things very accessible and within walking distance. . . such as the public library about a block away and a Starbucks about three blocks away. Tonight after dinner and visiting with my folks, we stopped by Starbucks (after stalking our house yet again) and I talked about walking there on the weekends, to snag a White Chocolate Mocha (skim milk with whip) and journal.
Above you see a portion of the finished upper floor which will become my "studio" space. When I shot this photo I was standing in the middle of the space, with a closet perfect for yarn at my left, a wall perfect for bookshelves behind me and two nooks suitable for my desk and a comfy chair.
Life will be good there. I just know it.

It's gorgeous! Luck girl. Luck, luck, luck with the packing and moving. I was right there with you a year ago, except we had to do so much work just to get ready to move in. Your lovely new digs looks perfectly move-in ready! ;)
