For ages I've wanted a hammock. I have had dreams of napping away spring afternoons. I have dreamed of reading the entire Anne of Green Gables series while curled up in my very own hammock. I have even explored the possibilities of knitting in one.
Alas, I don't have one. And as much as I tried to put this dream to rest, Soulemama awakened it yet again.
If only I could convince Cynical that we could indeed love and enjoy a hammock.

a hammock is always included in my dream of the perfect house with the perfect back yard that I am enjoying on the perfect weekend. Relaxing away the afternoon while I listen to my kids happily play.
I've been bugging the hubby for a hammock for 3 years (never mind that we don't really have the best place to use it). He remains undaunted.
I've thought of knitting or crocheting one, but the cotton ones over at Pottery Barn.... (weak in the knees)
