What I didn't do this weekend

I didn't touch up the woodwork in our house.

I didn't make that last run to the storage facility for the remainder of our junk.

I didn't seam up the sleeves on my Puffed Sleeve Cardigan.

I didn't call my sister-in-law on her birthday.

I didn't watch "The Great Debaters" or "21".

I did have a yard sale. I did make some cashola. I did sell almost everything I had in it. I did giggle with my girlfriends the entire morning as we splayed all of our junk out on tables in the back yard in hopes that someone would want to fork over a quarter for an odd piece of tile, a book entitled "Let Me Tell You About My Feelings" and a slightly mishapen candle.

I did finish the cardigan and am left wondering why I didn't knit those sleeves in the round.

I did buy paint for touch-up because we were wrong when we thought we had some in the garage (hence my lack of painting.)

I did buy a new gown, completely solidifying myself as an old woman.

I did send my sister-in-law a goody package which I am hoping arrived in time for her actual b-day.

I did watch "August Rush" ('cause I can't pass up my Felicity.)

I did eat mint chip ice cream.

Oh, and I didn't take a single picture of any of it.
