Why didn't anyone tell me that daytime television sucks. I know that's not necessarily a nice thing to say, using the word "sucks" and all. But, it's true. I don't want to learn how to make radish roses. I don't care to watch anything starring Billy Ray Cyrus. Who wants to try to catch up on a soap that I haven't watched since college? I think I have seen all of the episodes of Beverly Hills 90210.
However, I did find two saving graces: "Ellen" and "Dharma and Greg". Giggle. Giggle. Giggle.
In other news, I redecorated the bedroom. That means we got a new blanket and shams. Ever so cool chocolate brown shams.
In the photo above, Sammy poses with the new decor. I have big plans to join him for a nap this afternoon.

Just hold out for the day before Christmas and watch the TBS "A Christmas Story" marathon. I'm gonna put it on, and hide the remote that day.
Heee. Heeee. You'll shoot your eye out!
I am opting to rent movies that I am too ashamed to watch with others.
Hope you are enjoying your time off except for the tv part. I am deeply addicted to shows like "Judge Judy" and "People's Court". I find some of the things poeple go to court for hilarous.
I love-love-love Ellen and Dharma and Greg, but never seem to find them anywhere anymore. I need to have TIVO look them up for me.
I TIVO Martha Stewart then fly through it later, stopping only on the interesting crafting stuff. And I TIVO Carol Duvall and Scrapbooking on DIY. Then I can skim for the things that really interest me.
I agree though, that daytime TV is, for the most part, terrible. I refuse to get started on soaps, remembering what it was like when I was in college and hooked on Days of Our Lives. That show's been around a lo-o-ong time.
And chocolate brown is so IN nowadays. My cousin's daughter is doing her wedding in chocolate brown and pink. (And I love it with light blue, too.)
I so love chocolate brown. Jenny just made a pink and chocolate brown scarf and I am gonna try to get one made over break. I so love baby blue with it too. It's the new black.
I love "Dharma & Greg" and was so thrilled to see it on four times a day. Needless to say, I am getting my fix.
