I think I have mentioned that deadline knitting often sends my OCD into overload. For some reason that if a timeline is involved, I lose my mind and panic.
That being said, I have worked to overcome this phobia and have managed to complete a few projects that will be given away for Christmas. I think that was the key: getting them out of the way early.
Completed are two pair of Dashing fingerless mitts and a pair of worsted weight socks. Not complicated projects, by any means, but certainly utilitarian. Details are provided in the Finished Objects section.

Yea me too! Love those mitts!!
I think they're great too...seems like something out of "Oliver!" The Artful Dodger would have loved them.
But everytime I look at the pictures, especially the middle one, I am reminded of lobster tails.
