Went to see a house last night. There was a huge shade tree in the backyard. There was a well-lit room perfect for someone wanting creative space. There were hardwood floors and built-ins.
While inside, a young couple waited in the yard for their viewing. They bought it on the spot.
It wasn't curiosity that killed the cat, it was hesitation.
