Last night we met with our realtor to officially have her list our house. It was just time to turn it over to a professional and let some of the stress off our shoulders. It was time to turn it over to the big advertising dollars and online postings.
I am pleased to announce a big sign is placed in our yard and we are left with a relatively short list of chores to prepare the house for a realtor viewing and then subsequent visits. Mostly we'll be taking a few things out of our guest room, spackling around a window and doing some minor furniture movement in the living room. I feel good that she had few suggestions, most of which we pointed our ourselves. We'll knock all of that out this weekend along with some more packing up of stuff. I have a big old box of bubble wrap waiting to be used up. I'll be in organizational heaven.
