Bumps in the night

I didn't sleep well last night; I think that's because yesterday on the way to work while I was waiting to merge, someone rear-ended the car. Car is good, no one was hurt, but I am so sore. Darnit.

Lots going on at Chez Ragged. Last night we packed part of the kitchen. I guess that makes it official: no more cooking for me.

Our new house will have a dishwasher. And you may not believe this, but I've never had one; Cynical is elated, absolutely overwhelmed with excitement. It's the little things, I guess.

Dishwashers are awesome. My mom has one that she doesn't use! Isn't that weird? She doesn't trust it or something like that.

This I understand. Until I moved in Feb. I had never before had a dishwasher. It is heaven. Congratulations!!

I JUST got my first dishwasher, too, and it pretty much rules. Except when we are too lazy to unload it and put the dirty ones in...but other than that, it's awesome!

Ouchie! that sucks about the re-ending, i hope you feel better very soon. But in the meantime, you can tell Cynical that you're too sore to lift heavy boxes, which is probably true! But even if it isn't...well...I won't tell.

And I have to jump on board w/ everyone else that dishwashers rule! + I read that in most circumstances they actually use less water and are more energy efficient than hand washing.

Whoops...catching up on some blogs...and I LOVE the new house! Gorgeous! Something that looks like that here in LA would be well into the million dollar range, I imagine : /
