Our new couch, chair and ottoman. It's this great sueded fabric that feels, in the words of Felicity, "amazing".
It's all a little matchy-matchy for me, so we'll break it up with some vintage finds and some funky pillows. All of this consumerism is starting to make me antsy.
Edited to add: No Minnie Pearl comments, for some reason I can't cut the tags off just yet.

It's beautiful! I can't wait to see what you add to it to make it "yours." I always think the matching sets of furniture in the stores look a bit odd, but get them in a house, live in them a bit & it's all hunky-dory.
I love the tags. I say leave them. ;)

I got a new office chair about a little over a month ago and it took me a couple of weeks to cut off the tags so I totally get ya. See, if you scrapbooked, you could memorialize the tags forever. I'm just sayin'.

OMG, i had to laugh! I was searching through some boxes in my craft area this morning, looking for a pencil sharpener. I found the tags from our 'new' furniture that we bought 9 years ago, safely tucked away for me to keep forever.
